Short Description:
This script enables an object to track the owner's camera movements in Second Life, updating its position and rotation accordingly.

Usage Instructions:

Rez the object in-world.
Upon rezzing, the script automatically starts tracking the owner's camera.
If prompted, grant permission to track the camera.
The object will then align its position and rotation with the owner's camera movements in real-time.
Modification Instructions:

To modify the tracking behavior, adjust the timer interval in the timer() function.
Customize the messages sent to the owner in the run_time_permissions() function to suit your needs.
Modify the script to track the camera of other avatars or adjust the tracking distance as desired.
