This home is very big...but also fully furnished, all my furniture has sit poses, Comes with a laundry room for all your dirty sl cloths.:)
Game room to entertain your friends, bath, master bedroom all furnished, ceiling fans, outdoors loungers with drinks menu for when you and your guest get thirsty, It's 242 prims but as i mentioned it's totally furnished. Nothing has been linked to the main part of the house, so if you feel you want to take and replace things of yours...feel free to do so.
This home fits on a 32 x 46 foot prints. Perfect for the beach or just out in the country settings.

I go to full extreme to make sure your home is right for you. Please remember make sure the rez box is square to sl, and when you save take the rez box back, then your land impact will be for this home 242 prims

I have been asked many times why my builds are so cheap, Well i just build for fun, not wanting to be rich in sl, all my builds are made from my heart. not to gouge your wallet :) There as good as the most expensive ones :)
