Not hard to mod
When i first rez it out i sort of understood why others were having issues which totally solvable.
1. If you link the rezzer to say a pile of fishing nets, you can totally make the actual rezzer invisible and even adjust the height and location and the boat pops out without issues.
2. If the random colors bothers you [in my case i need it to be brown all the time since its a Pani sim and its the closest rezzer i can use] all you had to do is rez until the boat is brown and remove the random color changer in the boat prim itself and replace the boat inside with that instead. The whole boat probably can be changed to something else but i like this boat.
3. The oars were giving me issue aesthetically and also the fact it wasn't phantom, so whenever the oar rez out it kicked the boat forward lol, so for my own sake i changed it to bamboo and make sure its phantom and therefore solving both issues, again you can place things easily. https://gyazo.com/ca742e07eb6a0bdbbba2fb229f64dd86 i did kinda wish the oars would stop asking permissions and just auto attach, again i'm sure there's some way to fix it.. just lazy to figure it out for now LOL.
4. The only one issue i can't solve is the camera height and the auto rezzing.. yet. Too lazy to find something to fix the auto rezzing since i would much prefer if it was click to rez to save prims on the sim. Especially since i would like to have boat rezzer at many different locations i don't want all the boats to be always out all the time at every location i want it to be. The camera height was a bit too low for me, i wished it was a bit higher, but its not something too big of an issue.
Overall i enjoy this rezzer and it solves my issue of having to find a boat rezzer that manage to fit the theme of the sim.

I read the others post and I just rezz a prim linked it the shadow and made the prim transparent and it had no issues at all
Actually, it would be nice if this item came with some instructions.....
No matter where I rez it I can't get the rezzer to stay in the same location. Every time I ride it and it rezzes a new canoe it moves it in a slightly different location, sometimes even into a building or other object. I have re-rezzed it several times and tried moving the actual invisible rezzer but it fails every time and STILL rezzes the item in a totally different place. Not even the same place each time if I leave it alone. This makes no sense to me. Also, how about updating this item and making the darn thin mod so the textures can be changed? The texture looks really odd and kind of low quality and not even realistic. I would love to give this 5 stars for the rowing animation alone, but I simply can't because the boats continue to rez in odd places where I don't want it to and there are no instructions and I am pretty sure this isn't an isolated situation with me only. If there is a way to resolve this I'd love to know but I'm leaving a review instead of taking the time to contact the seller since they didn't feel it important enough to include some basic instructions with the item.
