The Canon AE-1, which came on the market in April 1976, was the first 35mm single-lens reflex camera with microprocessor control. It had an aperture priority automatic exposure and there was a version of it with a tracking indicator in the viewfinder, the AT-1. The later released AE-1 Program adopted some details from the A-1.
