The house and garden come boxed using the Rez Faux system.

The fireplaces and one porch light will rez with the house. Additional fireplaces (notecards are set up on channels 1 and 2) are included. An additional porch light is included as well. It comes with copy rights so you can rez another at the back porch, or even at the garden gates. Unlimited copies.

Two walkway pieces are included: 1 at 2X5X5 and one at 2X10X5. Both pieces are copyable to allow you to create walks and paths to compliment your home. Texture repeats are set appropriately on each. Both have modify rights.

One hydrangea is included. It comes with modify and copy rights to give you unlimited copies for landscaping.

The fireplaces are set to separate frequencies so that you don't have to have both on at the same time. They can be turned on by typing /1 fire on or /1 fire off in open chat. The other fireplace works on channel 2.

The porch light can be turned on manually through the keyserver pads, or you can wait until dark and they go on automatically.

The build comes with a full garden wall that will rez with the house.
