Capture The Flag Game v1

Set the amound you want to pay out by saying the amount in chat on channel 99 example say '/99 2' for 2 lindens.

Set the colour of the flag in channel 98 example say '/98 blue' for blue. options are blue, grey, yellow, green, red, white, black.

Once the flag has been 100% captured the person standing on the base of the flag will be paid that amount and the flag will be set to red.
