Pretty much busted...
There's clipping all over the legs and at the at the waist, and if you try to alpha it at the waist level, you just end up with midriff gaps. The included texture maps are no-transfer so you cant even use them to retexture the pants.

a lot of clipping but it can be covered with the alpha, i looks great
