This product claims to be full perm...yet when you buy it and open it...it is not full perm. It turns out to be a no mod. I myself would have preferred them to be of a slightly darker shade of color, with it's bright on.
Normally, I'd not write a review, but as of late, too many times I have found false advertisements like this, and am tired of throwing away L's for something I assume is full perm, only to find after I've paid that it's not full perm.
If you are going to put something up on the MP as full perm, then you should make sure the product you're selling as full perm is actually full perm!!!!!
