my casa amarilla, inside you will find plenty of room to make this home yours.
it fits a 36 x 45 foot prints, and rezzed fully is 151 prims,
I have added a fireplace, table and chairs, full kitchen, book case, exterior lights, bright and dim, the fireplace will say no mod, but that is the sound, it is fully mod.
I have doubled and tripled checked to make sure textures dont flicker, which i dont like.
