A Foyer, with its semi dome with caissons gives entrance to the Grand Drawing room, with it's plaster elaborate ceiling crowned by the sun, metaphor of the room consecrated to the sacrifices in the Greek temples.
two rooms on both sides, and a last one secretly disguised on the upper attic, the second largest Rm. decorated with gilded details and ionic columns.

I bought and reviewed this build originally on June 14, 2019. I am re-reviewing it after several years of happy usage as my home in the 1920s Berlin Project sim. I wanted to change my review of this because I felt my original review was a harsh 4 stars based on the fact that there was no staircase or way to access the 2nd floor bedroom. I got creative with it and copied the curved door from the foyer to the side room (I used as a library) and put it on the opposite side of the curved wall in the foyer then added an invisible teleport pad up to the bedroom. It worked splendidly and was the best solution. I also added a false door in the other side room with the built in tiled stove (I used as a dining room) to simulate a door down into basement level kitchens. I lived in this house so happily for several years. I highly recommend it to people who love SL recreations of RL builds. After this creator released the Petit Trianon and its later add-on of third floor attic space, it made me think that it would be fantastic for her to revisit this, possibly add a staircase where it is in the real life building and maybe even creator a basement/service level for kitchens and servants quarters! I loved this home and have saved it (decorated) in my inventory for when I have the opportunity to use it again!

This is a fascinating tribute to the Casino at Marino. Well made - easy to place and adjust for appearances. Crazy yes - a favourite definitely!
