Cassian House is a modern double-storey house. It has an open area concept on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
It's large windows give the most picture perfect view if you have this house on a cliff overlooking the waters or mountains. It also has a balcony with glass railings on the upper floor and a terrace right below for morning breakfast or evening dinners.
This house is 61 land impact and has a base of 19x22. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.
