Dimensions are 30M by 40M and 45M in height (height is approximate).

Swinging doors on the first floor, open concept. Perms are Mod and Transfer. You can change the texture to whatever you want.
Castle is in 3 parts, when you rez the castle if you need to move it you need to select all 3. If you move one part at a time and are unable to align the parts again that is your own responsibility.
There are two ways to select all parts. The first would be shift selecting all 3 parts in edit mode. The main floor is one part, second floor is the second, and the top is the third. Right click and edit the first, shift select the second and then third, you can then move it as one piece. The other method is to already be in edit before you rez the castle. Right click and edit anything in your view, then rez the castle, all parts of the castle, and only the castle will be selected and you can move it as one piece.

Another note, there are no teleport pads to get between floors, I leave that up to you, the buyer, for many reasons. There are plenty available for free and also cheep on xstreet. You can select the style you think fits best. Or, to save on prims you can do what I do, and sit tp between floors.
