You will find a lot of room to add your own touch, this home will fit a 30 x 30 footprint, and fully rezzed only 83 prims,
I have included 3 TP stations, already name for the menu, just place each on on the floor it says, and your good to go from then on, am adding a few pieces of furniture to help you get started. You will find that just my scripts are not mod, but the rest of my build is :)
