The Catawba is a two story log and stone home with an indoor/outdoor room off the kitchen. Four sets of sliding doors can be opened to leave it open to the outdoors, creating a room that's part kitchen and part covered patio. Each set of doors can be opened individually if desired. A wooden deck outside extends the space.

The living room is entered through a set of carved wooden doors depicting an autumn nature scene and includes a large stone fireplace with on/off fire and chimney smoke.

A staircase that winds around the fireplace leads to an open upstairs bedroom loft that features a roomy verandah.

The garage is packaged in a seperate rez box and can be placed wherever you desire. Both doors open at a touch or by collision, raising up and folding out of sight.

The interlocking brick driveway pieces are placed in the box and are copy so you can make as many as you need. Two are megaprims and the size cannot be changed unless you are using a mesh enabled viwer (Viewer 3, Phoenix, or Firestorm 3.0). Otherwise they will revert to a 10x10m size if you try to stretch them. If this happens, simply rez a new copy. The 15x12m megaprim is designed to fit along the front of the garage. The other one (20x8m) I made to set up the pic and tossed it in in case it's useful. If you need a specific sized megaprim with the brick texture, IM me and I'll try to get it to you. There is also a regular prim with the matching texture included that can be sized in any value up to 10m x 10m.

Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.

All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
