The picture is so mush better than the product. What a pity, the design idea is wonderful.

There is not customer service

Not sure what Lissa Maertens means by this statement on her profile "One customer at a time. That's my motto." I have IM'ed her on three separate occasions asking her to replace my order that I have not received from Marketplace. She has not given me the courtesy of a reply or acknowledgement to my missing order. I suggest that you think twice before placing an order with this merchant.

Attractive but clunky

The texture on these boots is beautiful, but even if you resize them to the very minimum, they look very clunky on a petite avatar. Since I refuse to change my avatar to conform to the boot, I'm out 100L. Oh well. It happens, and I'm not angry. They are worth the money if you aren't small.
