This is a rocky islet with a cave inside equipped with water and light effects, appropriate environmental sound loop and single avatar animations spots.

The cave is accessible from two entrances, one is located at the top of the rocky islet and passes through a tunnel of stairs; the other one is located at the base of the islet and leads directly to the main hall of the cave, through a drizzle that gushes from the rocks overlying.
The lake inside the cave is provided with two different water texture changeable via menu, based on usage you will make of the environment: "natural" is the basic texture; "onsen" is an emerald tone texture with a calmer water motion, more suitable for example to recreate the atmosphere of a relaxing doukutsu onsen (click on "watch it in action").
For the best experience inside the cave and enjoy the harmony of the light effects it would be advisable to use a nightlight, or a soft light as you like.
The package contains an image of a map to easily find the various avatar animation spots inside the cave.
Also included is a set of rocks (sample - C/M 5 prim).

NOTE: Depending on the viewer you use you may get a camera glitch on top of the islet in front of the primary entrance. If this could bother you, avoid buying.
This issue doesn't exist if you are in mouselook mode.

Exceeded my expectations
This is really a great cave, great textures!
Excellent premade cave!
Very nicely built, high details and modifiable with a little experience to suit your needs.
An ok Cave Prefab
Very customisable, you can remove a lot of the additional smaller bits like rocks, grasses and most sounds. Relatively low LI for what it is.
Unfortunately there's one water sound that I can't find the script/object that is projecting it, it's quite a loud sound and is right outside the square room area of the cave (where the crates are). Turning on beacons doesn't help as there doesn't appear to be any object around there which has the sound in it.
Physics are also an issue, there are several places where it seems to break down or go a bit loopy, you can be running across the surface and you will start rising into the air. Stopping will cause you to slowly drop back down to the surface. In several places physics are completely missing, causing you to disappear into the rock surface.
I do think in 2021 this item is overpriced for what you get.
Basic Review
I think this item is best suited for someone who owns a sim. rather then a parcel.
This is a bulky item and you will need to edit terrain to be able to make it look less in your face.
Other then that its a great item and I could find a use for it.
Its very well suited as a man cave.

as nice as this looks just walking down the walk ways is a pain... bad design......i have had better design for 100 lindens.... dont buy this...
I haven't seen a Cave better
Bought this Cave some time ago, and of today I haven't seen one any better.
