Two versions are included. One has exact physics so you can walk between the supports (important for role play sims) and the other has basic physics so no walking between supports (lower land impact.

They're probably usable with some textures, but not for my needs.
When I place a texture on that has a border around the edge, the borders are horribly off on the ends and yes you can play with horizontal and vertical settings, but it becomes a quick nightmare trying to line them up properly. I took one star off for the texture struggles and another because I won't be able to use it for my current need. I do like it and when I have a need that is not so rigid on accurate texturing, this may work in the future.
