Jawdroppingly beautiful AND optimized!
I am beyond glad I took a risk on this item without first seeing what the LOD is like in-world (because they did not have an in-world store at the time of my purchase or if they do/did I couldn't find it. >_<) But yes, this 1 land-impact piece is a fantastic work of art. Here are some specs if you care for those things: LOD Num Triangles -- High 1086, Medium 277, Low 144, Lowest 3. There are 5 texture faces, and 3 of them use the same UV totaling 3x 1024 textures. Display Weight = 1239.
And the door is scripted to open/close including a very unique glass-vibrating squeaky noise. AND I was able to resize it to 2.5m Z/tall while staying at 1 LI! Absolutely gorgeous work that doesn't crumple up at a distance. Thank you to the creator for this beauty!
