Cedrik Mansion is one of my biggest builds, i tried hard to keep the prim count down. It's a 3 bedroom/2 full bath, with country style living /Modern..A down stairs Office. lots of animations through out the house, custom Kitchen, plenty of room to add your touch as well. This house fits a 46.2 x 30.7 foot prints, and 454 prims after you save and take the rez box back, I suggest to leave the rez box and make it transparent for easy de-rez later if you move to a new location. If you would like to see this home before you by just look me up and i'll be happy to rez it for you.The scripts are causing this to say no mod , but the house can be mod
