Permissions that you can distribute my objects:
copy/mod/no trans ; copy/no mod/no trans ; no copy/mod/trans ;no copy/mod/no trans ; no copy/ no mod/ trans ; no copy/no mod/ no trans
So, if you pass an object with the ability to copy, then there should be no right to transfer, but if you pass an object without the ability to copy, then you can set the rights with the right to transfer it to your discretion.
