This panel rezzes 1 chair for 30s, if the chair is not sat on for the 30s it will auto derez, and if someone sits on the chair, it will stay rezzed until that avatar stands up, then the chair will auto derez.
This chair rezzer is ideal for anywhere a chair is needed with minimal prim count. It's also ideal for setting up seating for 7 seas fishing.
The panel itself is only 1 prim, and the chair is 3 prims.

Could be better
Chair doesn't look the greatest. And there is no sit pose in the chair. I would put my own but it is no modify. At least put a fishing pose in the chair....
