(Challis) Animated Head Claws (MC)(BOXED) Version 1
More than just decoration. The claws have function as well as a certain style.
The head claws attach to the head and have several animations to bring them to life.
There are five short animations which end in a pose, controlled via a simple HUD.
The Head Claws come with a texture HUD that has 28 preloaded textures as well as a convenient resizer.
Features are:
- Animation HUD - Trigger any animation easily.
- Texture HUD - 28 textures including 2 for the claws (light and dark).
- 5 Animations;
- Alert / Aggressive / Wave - the claw raise up and point forward. Can be used a warning or greeting.
- Neutral - the claws rest on the head.
- Crown - the claws move to form a tiara / crown.
- Drum - the claws move as though they are fingers drumming impatiently on a desk.
- Scratch - a claw idly sets to work on an itch.
(We have done our best to balance script memory and CPU usage with frames per second. On very laggy regions the animations may not be as smooth as we would like - unfortunately this is out of our control).
This would be an ideal addition for any Demon or evil character as well as good by selecting a lighter texture theme. Great for both medieval type fantasy settings as well as modern or sci-fi fantasy.

--- Animation HUD ---
The animations have been made to go smoothly from one pose to the next. To do this each pose needed to be animated from one to another to prevent the prims jumping from one pose to the next pose.
When an animation/pose is selected on the HUD the buttons will fade and the relevant section will then be highlighted. If you only click on the highlighted section all of the animations will be seamless.
Each pose is represented by an icon on the HUD.
*The claws are not scripted for damage.
--- Texture HUD ---
The top section of buttons are to resize the claws/arms which also includes an undo last action and revert button. The revert button resets the arms to the default size.
The claws are mod so you can use edit linked parts on the build window to alter the colour, add shine, glow etc. There are hidden 0.5 x 0.5m planes which are to help with LoD while keeping LI low. Use "Select Face" when editing glow, full bright, etc.
