Fine Antiques and Furnishings - at very fair prices

Experience the warmth, charm and nostalgia of the “Good Old Days”

I hope you like this item, I take a lot of time and care when making all my things to work to a high quality standard, to make sure the textures and prims are aligned and the scripts work. I like to create things in the appropriate environment so they fit in and add to the "feel". These antiques can be used in both a modern and classic environment, the warm woods and classic forms blend as well with a William Morris wallpaper as with modern chrome, steel and glass.

This Automatic Picture Changing Frame has 9 antique type frames to choose from. Just click on the picture anywhere and choose from the menu. When satisfied the selection can be locked if required. To make changes after locking the item must be reset there are instructions in the delivery crate and/or the product on how to do this.

The frame is scripted to change its picture at a random interval set by you. You can set the minimum time for a picture to change and the maximum. Please open the item in edit mode and click the contents tab, open the notecard called “config” and change the settings as instructed.

Although I rather like the pictures inside, these things are a matter of personal choice so you can remove any or all of the pictures and replace them with your own, I am not sure if there is a limit, just be careful the frame doesn’t get so heavy it falls off the wall. The frame will play all the pictures in sequence whatever they are named.

A word of warning!

The frame is mod to allow access to the “config” note inside and to allow you to resize it in its main dimensions. If you try changing any of the other settings available in edit mode you may mess it up completely. So unless you know exactly what you are doing DON’T DO IT!

I do not have a shop, just my island. But if you want to see these items for “real” then they can be found in “Alli’s Honest Antiques” in the Arab quarter of my SIM. There are also a number of “freebies” (1 Linden) there as well as some lesser quality and simple stuff for under 10 Linden. How to get there? Simple, use the link below to get to Solitaire, left click the sign close to the landing site for the “Lost Souls Club” and you will be transported to the beginning of the Arab Quarter. Alli’s is first on the right.

Do come on over and have a look, the island is worth a little exploration, just avoid the lions and the quicksand..

I have a range of antiques, and I add to them occasionally. See "View all by this merchant" towards the top right here. If you want a special send me a notecard, I might be cheaper than you think, depends upon the object and whether I can sell it afterwards.
