Just Another Message Board.
Just go into chat and say "/12 new text" to set the text. If you want to change the channel (recommended), just edit the item, go to contents and open the Furware script. Change the 12 in the line "listen_handle = llListen(12, "", "", "");" to any channel you want. The channel must be a positive number.

Why is this for free?
It's simple to use, has reasonable land impact, full permission incl. the script, does line wraps. I've bought quite a few of these boards, and this one is simply the best and free.
