Chaos symbol may refer to esotericism or anarchist ideals.

Just add, the ring will attach to a Bento bone (Right Ring Finger) but it works also with Classic Avatars.

Move and resize it just with Position, Size and Rotation features under Object Tab in Edit Mode.*

Last picture is an example of changed color (in Edit mode, Texture Tab, PBR>Tint picker).
