These quaint two story buildings have many uses. They can be shops, they can be houses, they can even be both with a shop on the first floor and your apartment on the second.
Each shop is 56 prims. If you use the included one step front, the shop will be 54. Note that the one step front is in the round package, but it is not in the rez-faux box and must be manually placed.
The base of the building is three meters high, making it easy to set it up on uneven ground.
The scripts cannot be modified, though all prims can be.
