Bring the power of ChatGPT 4.1 to your Second Life experience with this easy-to-use personal assistant attachment! Just wear the object, and your AI assistant will listen for your “Hey GPT” command in local chat—responding only to you, the owner, with smart, concise answers in 3-4 sentences.

One-Time Setup Instructions:

Wear the Attachment:
Attach the GPT Personal Assistant object to your avatar (right-click in inventory and choose "Wear" or "Add").

Edit the Script with Your API Key:
Go to your inventory and find the attachment under Clothing → Wearing.
Right-click the GPT Personal Attachment object and choose Edit.
In the Build/Edit window, go to the Contents tab.
Double-click the script to open it.
Replace the api_key value with your own OpenAI API key.
Save and close the script and all windows.
Done!

This is a one-time setup. Your assistant is now ready to use anywhere in Second Life.

You must have an OpenAI API key and a paid plan.
