This 3 bed 3 bath Chateau has a ballroom, formal dining, kitchen, library,. parlor and great room all surrounding the "Jewel" that is a private garden courtyard.
Control System:
The Sysco Systems controller is capable of many configurations and allows the use of many different components of a house build. I have the controller set up for blinds and lights only. The other buttons on the controller will not do anything and it is supposed to be that way for this build. The lights and blinds are set up in zones so the owner of the home can activate different rooms separately. Please note that I did not install blinds on public rooms facing the inner courtyard since that is already private.

The Chateau also has on and off fireplaces with or without sound,. Touch to activate. Also the chimneys have a smoke animation, simply touch the top outside.
The doors are set to automatically open or you may touch to open. All windows open and close manually in the house.
The fountains have an on/off feature both for function and sound. Just touch center of fountain to get menu.
This Chateau is partially furnished. The furnishings are placed to give you an idea of the style and possibilities of this home, but can be easily removed if you want to place items of your own.
