We on the cheap side never sell items we find free, and never resell or share items without reading the creators' license. Creators put a lot of time and some money into the items they kindly offer or little or nothing. We know the only way to keep SL Cheap is to respect creators's preferences.
Textures and building parts have to be full perm in order to be used by other creators. NEVER give away textures and building parts that you get from the creator unless you have the creator's express permission. Make something and share that instead! Old items that are found in an infohub or game sim with no licence are fine to transfer.
