Left and right boots are one item just choose size and wear them, they will automatically go on the right feet :)
These strapped leather boots are rigged mesh. This means you will need a Mesh enabled Viewer to see them. It also means that they move with your avatar :) the boots move with the joints in your avatars skeleton, so if you point your toes down, the boots move naturally with your feet.
They are no mod, because really as rigged mesh you can't resize em' so meh.
