Model is wearing TMP body, hands and feet for the ad photo.
Since avatar shapes are RARELY the same, my prim components are copy/modify and/or have a resizer script.
Rigged mesh can not be resized, A tip for getting it to fit breasts are to lower the breast gravity and reducing the size is often the fastest "fix". Rename your 'new shape' something like 'my shape for M mesh' before saving also reduces future frustration per avid mesh users.
