Defective part in product.
Its a really nice outfit. But the jacket layer skirt is Blank. You put it on and theirs nothing there.
Good luck with the provided warranty card. from what I can tell it will only send you a copy of the product that is still just as defective as the original.
I have never had a problem with an edelweiss product until this.
And forget about contacting the maker directly, She doesn't answer IMs.
In other words. a beautiful uniform with a defective part and a very poorly thought out customer service system.
To the maker. Don't like me posting the problem here? then answer your IMs, or come up with a better customer support system then that worthless warranty card.
