Looks great, but I'm having trouble

I just purchased this and I noticed the eyes are all wrong, they look horrible like some script or texture is bugged >.<
The animations for walking around and such are a little slow and I feel like I am floating around, but that would be alright if the eyes worked.
Not sure if there is anything I can do to help it :/

This product is great! It moves smoothly, looks realistic, and the moment I bought it, the owner contacted me thanking me for buying their product! Such great service and such a great avatar! The best part is there is only one attachment and the tail! You only need to put one attachment on along with the tail and you are ready to go! No attaching a whole bunch of prim pieces, this avatar is the way to go!
