Seems like you specifically have to go through SL Market Place to give a review on a product...
So I bought this demo.
The Chemistry Hairs I have bought in the past were from the store in-world. I've been a customer for several years now (I discovered them in late 2010 or early 2011) and have been delighted with the evolution of Chemistry hair, and my main alts all run Chemistry Hair.
*sic* Until I had a catastrophic inventory loss a couple weeks ago with this avatar.
Discovered the quaint little store I've been trading with has no re-delivery station... not that I can see, any rate.
I have sent three or four notes to Kimberlee Miles asking where the re-delivery station is, or if I could have my hairs back some how (Gimme back my wigs!).
No response.
Customer service?
Now that just plain disappoints me.
Meh... that makes me think three or four times before trying them again.
