Not good
It can be stretched yes, like any other texture and object in SL but giving bad texture quality when reaching a normal sign size. Colorable no, there are 2 different textures black and white or red and white, so when coloring it to a different color it looks bad just gets to a ugly tone out of those 2 base colors.
