Low prim Mesh Chicken House with working door and various labels.

There are two variants included, one with no physics and lower land impact and one with physics with land impact 4. Use the one with physics if you plan ta walk inside it and if your avatar is small enough to fit in. Sure, can be scaled up to match your size but the land impact will grow.
