Fun tree house for kids. This is a girls clubhouse / tree house. There are 2 different ladders to get on the tree house one on each side. There is a sandbox, Top Secret room with opening/closing door, and a rotating tire swing. This set is only 64 prims! This set is Copy+Modify so set up a second one change the textures and customize it more!
