A fun treehouse for any Kid, boy or girl. Workable ladder, and a rug inside treehouse with enough poses for 3 children at a time. Tree that actually has some foliage and is not only some branches. Low in prims yet lovely details, this leaves you many prims to furnish and customize the tree house

Bit dissapointed
Looks good but the ladder does not work. If you "sit" on it considering there is a sit icon when you over it, you just sit there and don't climb it. There are no animations in the ladder.
