The Chinook is a unique blend of log construction and contemporary design. It has three levels, with the foyer and kitchen on one floor and the master bedroom/loft a half level up. Going a half level down from the foyer brings you to the great room, with large corner windows and a stone fireplace on the opposite wall. Richly textured wide boards make up the floor in the great room, foyer, and kitchen, while the loft bedroom floor is covered with plush carpeting.
All the windows are tintable on five levels - from clear to full black for complete privacy. The kitchen/foyer level is raised and would work well on a sloped lot, but there are steps included if you place it on flat land.
As with all my homes, the Chinook is full copy/mod so you are free to make any changes you desire to the structure or textures. There is no fear of damaging it as you can simply delete it and rez a new copy. If there is something you would like changed, IM me and I will certainly do my best to accommodate you.
The complete home requires 202 prims, but if you're on a prim diet, the kitchen (39 prims) and fireplaces (22 prims) may be deleted after rezzing.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
