Received a bugged copy and fixed almost instantly :D great customer service.
Anyways this product worths it, for only 50L you get two styles of Ceiling Fan that are lowprim and great :) you love it trashy? you'll love this one.
Also remember you can only link the base to other objects, the other prims must be free in order to work, unless you preffer it stopped then just remove the script and link base and fan to anything.
