This is the successor to the older factory hut build. This is a dark and wasted factory building with machinery and pipes included. Size is 30x30 so it needs a 1024 sqm at least. Complete setup is 38 prims but parts can be easily removed to save prims.
To Install using Rez-Faux:
Just rez the box in the front-middle of your parcel. Now just click the Rez button and the build will rez. Rotate the box and the building will follow.
Put the building in the ground a bit for best results. The building has a large base so it can be used on rough terrain.
