Anything you make using this sculpt kit cannot be sold for under 50L on the marketplace. All regular rules apply like using this in your builds but not selling kit as is, etc. I normally don't have a minimum resell price on my items but I have seen some kits I made resell for pennies and it really undermines all the time and hard work I put into them. It also makes it hard for other sellers to have any success selling them.
