Chocolate icecream

This is a basic yet fun novelty shooting/throwing weapon. Version 1.0

It basically consists of a wearable icecream that fires icecream after icecream at whatever your target is.

On a damage active sim it will deal up to 5% damage, on an active push sim it will push a person or physically active object within a short range by a small amount.
Push obeys the inverse square law for determining by how hard a push is applied, this means that at twice the distance the strength is reduced to one quater of the previous.
Caution; on a sim with both active damage and push it is possible for it to be lethal at close range. Push in itself applies damage on such a sim and at close range the damage applied can be rather high, at point blank it is possible that you can kill someone with a single shot, so throw at your own discretion.

Oh and as an added bonus it shouts a random saying from the list of ten it is programed with. For this item the sayings are as follows;

"Ere... these waifers are actually cardboard...."
"Mnnn tastes like sheet rock...."
"Ohhh i was sure you said hit me with it..."
"The chocolate is ok... not sure about the guano swirl..."
"'Also usable as a spf fifteen sunscreen'..."
"Good job i have a lead lined stomach..."
"'May contain nuts, bolts supplied seperatley'"
"'Eating this increases the chance of you spontaneously turning into a chicken'..."
"Urggh! i knew eating this was a bad idea..."
"Ok now i need a sexy nurse with a stomach pump..."

It is set to be updatable just incase there is some unforseen need.
