That makes this box ideal for creators (who have these enabled as default as creators) or if the items have those permissions enabled.
You simply rez the box, add your items to the contents tab, optionally modify the description for some custom messaging and gift naming (explained in the note card), pick it up, and give it to your friend.
When they rez the box and click it, it will explode with confetti and some celebration audio, and give them the items in one single folder along with a gift message in chat.
