That object has been created under an external 3d modeling software (not a built-in-world tool) and is a full
perms 100 % mesh made of my own : 100 % Original Content Creator. It also means I made it from A to Z
by myself, and it is not imported from 3D libraries...

perfect for fairs or yard sales, 1 prim only, saves a lot of prims and still gets a more prim structure look with 6 different faces to texture.
Excellent customer service
I wrote a review saying that this building disappeared if I zoomed out much. The creator immediately got back to me, and gave me a new version that stayed solid at virtually any draw distance (at a slightly higher LI). The mesh is crisp and clear-cut. I would recommend not only this product, but this creator. Very good service.
