Flashing lights
You get one arc of flashing lights. You can rez out more than one to make a sting. Great for parties/xmas etc. Not suitable if you want a subtle still glow of one colour.

Bought these lights for a temporary party
it's copyable, but the script inside didn't allow you to copy for an easy edit/drag copy position.
you have to rez out and reposition the object each and every time, which isn't convenient
1 star for the inconvenience :(
UPDATE Edit: The creator contacted me in-world, and updated the script so it's copyable and easier to position in-world, used these lights for my party, and everything worked out, Thank you creator for updating and helping me. many thanks
