This is a clock lamp. The paper shade rotates to show SL time by hours. The time is only visible on one side of each, and both the wall and table versions are included in the set.
Click to turn the soft light on and off. The light is set for nightlight-type lighting, and not meant to illuminate an entire room.
These clocks are 2Li each, totaling 4Li. Since there's no reason to have two rezzed at the same time, they're listed for the Li of one.
