As supplied the build is approximately 11 meters across - plenty of space to hold a small dance or meeting of friends.

At this size (supplied size) the LI is only 54. If you reduce the mesh then you will also reduce the prim count. A smaller structure might be more important and would easily fit that corner of your garden!

As a mod and copy build you may change separate parts and re-texture if you wish. The central floor area and the surrounding low wall have marbled texture areas. This may be easily changed, either one or both, by dragging your texture onto the build.
