This item is a rigged mesh. Rigged mesh is made so the rigged mesh outfit you are wearing will adjust to your avatar movements. Rigged mesh pieces will adapt to your body shape in some cases, it will adapt to you height, body thickness, shoulders and hips.
To be able to view mesh, you need a mesh enabled viewer. Mesh enabled viewers are Second Life viewer 2 or 3, or Firestorm.
