The classic steampunk version of the Animats escalator, the only SL escalator that just works. Walk on, ride up or down, walk off, just like real life. No sitting, no poseballs, no nonsense. Can be used by more than one avatar at once.
A classic wooden design from 1920, similar to those once installed in the London Underground and older department stores. Looks good in art deco and steampunk environments. Formerly at "Pearse'd and Cut" in New Babbage.
This model is not resizable. It is for floors 6.25m apart. Our modern escalators are available in a broad range of sizes.
